Graduating from the Alberta Institute of Massage, Jeremy has a client first, goal orientated practice. With a firm belief in cooperation and collaboration, Jeremy’s treatments often begin with communicating and understanding the wants and needs of the clients. Jeremy first wants to know what’s afflicting the client, craft a plan to relieve the pain, and then create a plan moving forward to keep the pain away. Having a special interest in long term conditions and rehabilitation after injury, there’s not much Jeremy loves more than being able to dive into the symptoms and find the root. Using a mix of deep tissue, PNF stretching, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, and more, he knows that every case and every client has a new set of needs. After the treatment, Jeremy will also breakdown some home stretching they can do to help further alleviate symptoms until next time.
When not working, Jeremy is often playing music in his band, playing TTRPG’s like dungeons and dragons, or working out.
